It's an OURY Mtn Bike grip, shortened a bit.  OURYs are really soft and grippy.  So grippy that my jacket gets caught on the end a little.
Mtn Bike grips are made to fit a 7/8" bar.  But 7/8" feels too big for a uni handle, and it doesn't feel "ergo".  This grip fits onto a 3/4" bar when accompanied by part of a BIC pen, shoved in as shown in the picture.  The effect is a teardrop shaped bar.  Feels great!  No, the BIC is not a permanent solution.
